By utilizing the latest tools ourselves, we can provide organizations with 24x7 monitoring and support of their most critical technology assets. As we've stated before, it's important to know the difference between applications that are "running", "running well" or "not running at all!" In addition, it's critical to keep accurate records of what changes have been implemented to ensure that when an outage does occur, it can quickly be triaged and corrected. Our services provide both the "proactive" change-control components with daily performance baselines and the "reactive" notification and support of system outages. We implement a secure monitoring connection between your organization and our hardened management facility. From this facility, we poll all of your critical servers, applications, network connections and other elements as defined during installation. Each week, you receive performance baselines for all of your systems, helping to provide you with the historical data needed to make better decisions about when and where to spend your technology dollars. Once a month, these reports are sent along with an RCA (Recommended Course of Action) that provides guidance on how to better utilize the resources you may have, or to warn you of issues that might arise in the future. In the event of a failure (or pending failure), our tools create trouble tickets and initiate the appropriate service/response. We'll coordinate your hardware replacements using your existing hardware contracts, and provide the services needed to ensure that the systems are properly returned to service. Since we've been performing configuration management on your critical network devices, we'll have all of the details needed to ensure that your systems are restored properly with minimal impact to the business. All of this configuration information, change control detail and systems statistics are available to you in real-time via our client portal.
